Look forward to highlights such as traditional Yu Sheng with salmon and baby abalone; "Buddha jumps over the wall " served in a whole coconut; emperor's prosperity herbal chicken; Pen Cai; and braised truffle " longevity" noodles with wild mushroom, pork tendon and shrimp roe.
 
Guests dining at Colony for dinner from 16 to 19 February; and for lunch on 17 to 19 February will receive a set of exclusive Ritz-Carlton red packets and a pair of Mandarin oranges, per reservation.
